Our office always calls the day before your appointment to give you a 4 hour window. On the day of the appointment the technician will call you 20-30 minutes before they arrive!

Does it cost for a technican to come out and look at my appliance?

Yes, we do charge a service fee it is $85

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and credit/debit. There is a $35 fee for returned checks!

How long does it take to get parts in?

If an extended warranty or home warranty is involved then there are a few steps: *First we must do a diagnosis *Second we must report all findings and parts needed *Then we wait to hear from the company if the work is approved and they order the parts *Next we wait for the parts, *Last once the parts come in, we will have you scheduled within 24 hours of the parts arriving! **This whole process can take 3 days upto a week **as long as parts are available If non-warranty we can have you up and running within a full week, if parts need to be ordered! ****All of this depends on part avaibility****
